Our story began in 1992. Back then we were international hoteliers in Europe, Middle-East and North America. In 2018, the adventure started with building our own Hospitality Management and Service company. Today, we are privileged to connect with owners and thousands of customers every month on a global market level.
MEANING
VERTU Hotels and Resorts is named after the Latin Virtutem and Italian Virtu - meaning « Excellence ». Our logo is also inspired by our four strength – Agility, Availability, Flexibility and Great Customer Experience.

OUR SERVICES
As a Swiss native brand, we’ve always believed in offering the finest customer service experience possible to both visitors and investors. It's our goal for all our venues to offer the highest standards of service and products quality, using professional and ethical practices. While we always focus on providing a local experience, our experts personally travel to farms in various parts of the world to select high-quality food, beverage and amenity products. We select the most professional and agile tools to ensure that our portfolio of venues benefit of the best solutions to increase their occupancy and revenues.
In addition to hotel management and franchising, we provide ‘à la carte’ advisory and consulting services to various independent and international brands.

Our venues are a neighborhood gathering place for business meetings, friends and family. Our customers enjoy quality service, inviting, cozy atmosphere and exceptional dining in our Hotels, Resorts and Spa.
OUR ASSOCIATES
While most of our Senior Management carries more than 30 year of international hospitality background, our employees, who we call hosts, are at the heart of the VERTU Hospitality Experience.
Where applicable, our venues offer comprehensive health coverage for eligible full and part-time hosts. We also provide hospitality trainings sert in two days, the first one is ‘Culture’; where hosts are familiarized with the company’s culture. The second days is Orientation; where hosts are trained to the standards of operations for their respectives roles in the show.

VERTU Cafés will offer cozy atmosphere food and beverage outlets where we are partnering with international fresh-coffee brewers, with more than 25 blends.

- VERTU Hotels and Resorts by LUXCOM GmbH was incorporated under the laws of the canton of Zug, Switzerland, on April. 5, 2015.
